  • 3 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp, heaped olive oil
  • 1 tsp, heaped white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp herbs, Italian
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • e.g. lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Favorite dressing for green salads and much more

It is best to put all ingredients into a sealable cup, put the lid on and shake vigorously.
