Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi
- 150 g spinach
- 100 g peas
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 250 ml plant-based cream (Plant Cream Cuisine)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Kala Namak
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
vegan, with peas and spinach
Combine the sauce ingredients and set aside. Brown the gnocchi in a large pan. Add the peas and the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water. Finally, stir in the spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the chopped parsley.
