Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large pear(s), fresh
  • 1 lemon slice(s)
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the pear and cut it into wedges. Place it in a glass carafe with the lemon. Pour the water over it and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. It also tastes good chilled.
