Rum – Rock Candy

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of brown rock sugar
  • e.g. Rum (Jamaica)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fill a screw-top jar with rock candy and top with Jamaican rum until all the rock candy cubes are covered. Let stand, tightly closed, for about a week. Tastes great in tea.
