Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- Salt
- 40 g flour
- 20 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon or some lemon peel

Its nutritional value and digestibility are hard to beat, which is why Silesian people still value it today. Dilute milk with 1/4 liter of water and bring to a boil with a little salt. Mix flour with 1/4 liter of cold water and add to the boiling liquid. After 10 minutes of cooking, add the butter and finish the soup with the beaten egg yolk. You can also add cinnamon and lemon zest.
