Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar, good
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- e.g. basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mayonnaise, and garlic in a tall bowl and puree with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper. This wonderfully creamy dressing pairs perfectly with salads like arugula with Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and good ham. Let it sit for a while to allow the garlic to fully penetrate. It’s also delicious with basil!
