Beef fillet carpaccio

Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 1 beef fillet(s) (whole strand)
  • 100 g cheese (Gran Padano)
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Freeze the beef fillet. Remove it from the freezer and slice it into wafer-thin slices using a slicer. Arrange it decoratively on a platter. Sprinkle with Gran Padano cheese and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste. The platter should have a diameter of approximately 30 x 30 cm.
