Peach smoothie

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n peach(s), and about half of the juice
  • 200 g natural yogurt 0.1% fat
  • 50 g cream, reduced calorie
  • Honey, n. B.
  • Sweetener, n. B.
  • Mint, for decoration (or similar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Smoothie made from canned peaches

Puree all ingredients (except the mint) in a blender, pour into prepared glasses, and garnish with the mint. Chill for at least 1 hour. The peach smoothie won’t be too thick.
