Baked halibut

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g fish(s) (halibut)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ celeriac
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ liter cream
  • 25 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drizzle the fish with lemon juice. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Quarter the tomatoes and fry in the fat. Place in a baking dish. Peel and dice the celery. Fry in the butter as well. Dice the fish and layer it alternately with the tomatoes and celery in the dish, then season with salt. Heat the remaining fat and sauté the flour in it. Add the cream and stir. Heat, season to taste, and pour over the fish and vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
