Burgundy Bacon Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g diced ham
  • 1 pack of fresh yeast
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 150 g cheese, spicy, grated, e.g. Gruyère
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix the crumbled yeast with a little lukewarm water and add it to the flour. Add the eggs, olive oil, and white wine and mix everything together. Then add the diced ham and grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a Bundt pan well (you can also use a loaf pan), pour in the dough, and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. A delicious snack with sparkling wine, beer, etc., or as a side dish at a cold buffet.
