Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp vinegar, brown, 80%
  • Pepper, from the mill, black
  • Salt
  • 3 dashes of Maggi
  • 3 dashes sweetener
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 tbsp oil (safflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a cup and stir well. Then add the oil and stir well again. Done. Variations: For cucumber salad, I add fresh dill. For tomato salad, I add fresh basil and 1 small, finely chopped onion, as well as chives. You can also add parsley, shallots, garlic, or even a tablespoon of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of medium-hot mustard. If you’ve added too much vinegar, just add more sweetener and water.
