Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g berries, mixed, frozen or fresh
  • 150 ml apple juice (organic apple juice)
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt 1.5% fat
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the mixed frozen berries. Wash and hull the fresh berries. Chop the mint leaves. Puree the berries in a blender along with the apple juice, natural yogurt, and mint leaves.
