delicious vitamin bomb, even in winter

First, chop the raspberries in a blender. If you don’t like grains in your drink, you should then pass the puree through a sieve. Otherwise, simply add the roughly chopped peaches and blend until puree-like. Then add the peach juice. Finally, add the orange juice. The amount can be adjusted to achieve the desired consistency. I always use enough to get about 100ml of liquid for two servings (including the peach juice). If you like it very sweet, you can add sweetener or sugar to taste, but I find the smoothie sweet enough as it is. Tip: If you’re using canned peaches, you can use the juice from the can.
