Red spread with feta cheese and pesto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tsp pesto, red
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ pointed pepper, red
  • 1 tsp, heaped thyme, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the feta cheese in a bowl with a fork. Add the pesto and oil and mix. The oil prevents the spread from becoming too dry. Dice the red bell pepper and add it. Finely chop the thyme and add it as well. Mix everything together well. This spread goes well with flatbread.
