Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 6 half walnuts
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- ½ tsp mustard, fine (Zwergenwiese) or medium hot
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- ½ tsp peanut oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

goes wonderfully with lamb’s lettuce, but also with other leaf salads
Juice the orange and finely chop the walnut halves. Whisk the orange juice with the remaining ingredients to make a vinaigrette, season to taste, and toss with the salad. Tip: Try it with a blood orange. Very delicious.
