Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ carrot(s), coarsely grated
- ½ celeriac, approx. 250 g, coarsely grated
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 75 g oat flakes
- 60 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- Olive oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
In a bowl, mix the celeriac, carrots, onions, garlic, egg, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and parsley. Form patties with wet hands and fry slowly in olive oil over low heat. Serve with salad.
