Minced meat and carrot soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 250 g onion(s)
  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 250 g potatoes
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Dice the vegetables. Brown the minced meat and onions, add the carrots and potatoes, and sauté briefly. Deglaze with stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
