Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 5 packs of ready-made salad herbs
- 15 tbsp olive oil
- 15 tbsp water
- ½ pack of arugula
- Garlic salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. In the meantime, prepare the sauce using the herbs, olive oil, and water. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce while it’s still hot. Mix well. About 30 minutes before serving, wash and finely chop the arugula, and stir it in. Season with garlic salt. I’ve also made the salad without arugula. You can always have these ingredients at home (for last-minute barbecues). The salad also tastes delicious warm.
