Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g penne, cooked
  • 500g mozzarella
  • 600 g tomatoes
  • 2 cups cream, for the sauce
  • 3 packs of herbs (spicy garden herbs)
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • possibly basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pasta salad with tomato and mozzarella

Cook the pasta. Cut the mozzarella into thin strips, halve the tomatoes, and slice them. Combine the sauce ingredients and mix well. Alternate layers of pasta, mozzarella, tomatoes, and sauce until all ingredients are used up. Finish with the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
