Super simple arugula salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g arugula
  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 150 g mozzarella (mini)
  • 3 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bottle of dressing (Sylter style)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes great as a meat side dish, simple and ingenious

First, wash the arugula thoroughly, leaving it whole. Arrange the arugula in a (glass) bowl. Wash and slice the radishes, then add them to the salad. Wash and dice the tomatoes, then add them to the bowl. Drain the mozzarella and add it to the salad. Mix everything together thoroughly. I serve the Sylt dressing separately.
