Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp vinegar (wine-brandy vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp chives, dried
  • 2 tbsp parsley, dried
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper, black
  • 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a delicious salad dressing with Dijon mustard

First, add the olive oil and vinegar to a large salad bowl, then the herbs, season with salt and pepper, and finally stir in the Dijon mustard. If you like, you can also press in a clove of garlic.
