Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g speculatius biscuits
- 200 g pear(s)
- 200 g butter, soft
- 150 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 50 g dark chocolate
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Christmassy
Crush the speculatius biscuits in a bag. Peel the pears, dice them, and roll them in a little flour. Melt the chocolate and mix with the cinnamon. Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder. Stir in the chocolate, pears, and speculatius biscuits until smooth. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven) and pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan. Bake for about 60 minutes. Test the mixture before removing it from the oven.
