Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g speculatius biscuits
- 200 g apples
- 200 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g almond sticks
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp baking cocoa
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 50 g milk chocolate
- Fat for the mold

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Christmassy
Crush the speculatius biscuits in a bag. Peel the apples, dice them, and roll them in a little flour. Melt the chocolate and mix with the cinnamon. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and milk. Stir in the chocolate mixture with the slivered almonds, apples, and speculatius biscuits. Stir until a smooth mixture forms. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven) and pour the batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake for approximately 60 minutes. Test with a skewer before removing.
