Wild garlic and avocado cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g wild garlic
  • 150 g cream cheese (possibly goat’s cheese)
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dandelion flowers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the wild garlic. Stir the (goat’s) cream cheese until smooth, then add the cream. Mix in the wild garlic, salt, and pepper, and season to taste. Halve the avocado lengthwise, cut into wedges, and arrange on plates. Brush with lemon juice. Use a piping bag to pipe rosettes of the cheese mixture onto the avocado wedges. Drizzle with olive oil. If you like, tear the dandelion flowers into pieces and scatter them on top.
