Spicy potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Pepper (steak pepper)
  • ½ bunch carrot(s)
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 200 g zucchini

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel, quarter, and wash the potatoes. Fry in hot oil for about 15 minutes until browned. Sprinkle with the seasoning. Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots and kohlrabi, cut them into strips along with the zucchini. Serve with the potatoes and serve with a herb quark dip or my recipe: sesame dip.
