Hummus with wild garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 large wild garlic leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar or wild garlic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. spice mix, baharat or chipotle spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the chickpeas almost completely, transfer them to a tall container, and puree with a hand blender. Cut the wild garlic leaves into strips and add them to the chickpea puree along with the oil, vinegar, and spices. Mix well and let stand for about 1 hour. Serve with flatbread or grilled meat.
