  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 2 large wild garlic leaves
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar or wild garlic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a local variation of the Italian classic

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella, and thinly slice the wild garlic. Top the tomato slices with mozzarella, arrange the wild garlic strips on top, and carefully drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
