Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 large wild garlic leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar or wild garlic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- e.g. spice mix, baharat or chipotle spice

a local variation of the oriental classic
Drain the chickpeas almost completely, transfer them to a tall container, and puree with a hand blender. Cut the wild garlic leaves into strips and add them to the chickpea puree along with the oil, vinegar, and spices. Mix well and let stand for about 1 hour. Serve with flatbread or grilled meat.
