Pepper salad with wild garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-large pointed pepper, red
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 3 m.-large spring onion(s)
  • 8 leaves of wild garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey or agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • ¼ tsp spice mix (Baharat)
  • e.g. chili without seeds
  • n. B. Fleur de Sel
  • n. B. Pepper, black
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the spring onions and slice diagonally into large rings. Peel and finely grate the carrot. Deseed the bell peppers and slice them very finely. Finely slice the wild garlic leaves and the deseeded chili pepper. Strip the thyme leaves. Transfer the salad to a bowl and season with lemon juice, honey, baharat, fleur de sel, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
