Crispy Nutella pockets

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g butter or margarine
  • 1 pack of dry yeast or
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 7 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. Nutella or jam of your choice
  • n. B. Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

simple and good, makes about 10 pieces

Mix the first 6 ingredients thoroughly by hand or with a dough hook until the dough is smooth. Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thick and cut out circles with a diameter of about 8 cm. Place a small spoonful of Nutella or jam in the center of the circles and fold them together to create half-moons. Press the edges down firmly and then press them down again with a fork. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan oven) for about 15-20 minutes. Once cooled, dust thickly with icing sugar.
