Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 3 cl syrup (grenadine syrup)
  • Ice
  • 100 ml sparkling wine, chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the orange juice, apricot nectar, and grenadine syrup in a shaker with a few ice cubes and shake well. Pour into a glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
