Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork mince
- 1 carrot(s)
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 liter meat broth
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 150 g processed cheese
- possibly sauce thickener, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Brown the meat and add the vegetables. Sauté, then add the broth. Simmer for 20 minutes. Then stir in the cream and cream cheese. Thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired.
