Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 stalks parsley, flat
- 5 leaves of wild garlic
- 75 g butter, soft
- 1 tsp coarse mustard
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Finely chop the parsley leaves and wild garlic. Then add the softened butter in pieces along with the mustard and mix the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
