Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small melon(s) , (watermelon)
- 80 g sugar
- some lemon juice
- 0.7 liters of white rum

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes
delicious as a welcome drink or as an aperitif
Cut the melon into cubes, remove the seeds, and freeze them, preferably side by side. To prepare, let the melon cubes thaw for 15 to 20 minutes, then add the rum, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until frothy, pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
