  • 1 can sauce (Oro Di Parma pizza sauce oregano)
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped, with basil
  • 1 ball of mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple and without cream

Finely dice the onion and garlic, and slice the ham into thin strips. Briefly fry everything in a pan. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente. Preheat oven to 180°C. Add the tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes, then season to taste. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Dice the mozzarella. Place the pasta in a baking dish and spread the diced mozzarella between the pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 25 minutes. I put aluminum foil over the baking dish to prevent the cheese from overbrowning. Remove the aluminum foil after about 20 minutes so the cheese only browns lightly.
