Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 dried apricots
- ½ bunch chives
- 300 g cream cheese
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
delicious spread or for dipping
Finely chop the apricots. Slice the chives into rings. Mix the cream cheese and low-fat quark with olive oil until smooth. Mix the cream cheese mixture with the apricots and chives. Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper.
