Curry butter with dates

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 dates, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Let the butter soften in a bowl at room temperature. Peel and finely chop the garlic, or press it directly into the bowl. Cut the dates open and remove the pits. Chop finely and add. Add the curry powder and salt and mix well with a fork. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Delicious with grilled food, baguette, or yam, or as a spread. Note: Be careful with the salt; some people like more, some less. You can also add an extra date or garlic clove, depending on your taste. This is our blend.
