Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small can of pineapple or apricots
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g muesli (crunchy muesli)
  • 50 g hazelnuts or almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the fruit, then mix the quark with yogurt and vanilla sugar until smooth. Mix the granola and nuts. Layer the fruit, quark, and granola alternately in 4 dessert glasses.
