Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 slices of toast
- 1 cup of milk, cold, on a deep plate
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter for frying
- n. B. cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Quickly dip the toast in the cold milk. Beat the eggs and salt in a plate. Heat butter in an omelet pan, dip the bread in the eggs, and fry in the pan until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired. Serve with a variety of compotes.
