Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small mango(s)
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 100 ml passion fruit syrup
- 100 ml aperitif wine (Lillet)
- 750 ml Prosecco
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stone the mango. Peel the flesh and dice it finely. Wash the mint, pat it dry, and pick the leaves. Divide the syrup, mint, mango cubes, and ice cubes among 4 glasses. Top with Lillet and Prosecco.
