Red Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp powder (beetroot latte powder)
  • 250 ml milk
  • e.g. applesauce
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients—except the applesauce—in a glass jar and mix. Place in the refrigerator and wait until the chia seeds have thickened. Then add the applesauce and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Either eat immediately or refrigerate overnight.
