Mild cream salad dressing

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tbsp oil (Livio or sunflower seed oil is best)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • possibly lemon juice from a squeezed lemon

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Combine the vinegar and oil, then stir in the sugar and salt until dissolved. Now add the finely diced onion. Next, mix everything with the cream. If you prefer a more lemony flavor, add lemon juice to taste.
