Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 5 cucumber(s), sour
  • 4 eggs
  • lemon juice
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna. Cut the remaining ingredients into roughly equal-sized pieces. Season to taste. Fold in the mayonnaise.
