Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • 50g salami
  • 5 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 50 g cheese (Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry and first spread the passata with the tomato puree. Then finely chop the ham, salami, onion, and garlic and spread them on the dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Emmental cheese and season with oregano. Now roll up the dough along the long side and cut into approximately 1 cm thick pieces. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
