Fried onion meatballs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g onion(s), crispy roasted
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

small party snack, makes about 20 small meatballs

Crumble half of the fried onions with your hands and finely chop the parsley. Mix the minced meat with the egg, mustard, the crumbled fried onions, and the chopped parsley. Season well. Form the meat mixture into small balls and roll them in the remaining fried onions. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F), fan oven at 180°C (350°F) for about ten minutes, until they are no longer pink inside.
