Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 6 egg whites
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spread the shortcrust pastry made from butter, powdered sugar, egg, flour, and baking powder onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For the filling, combine the curd cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, 50g sugar, and vanilla sugar. Stir in the custard powder, fold the stiffly beaten egg whites (made from 6 egg whites and 100g sugar) into the curd mixture, then spread it over the shortcrust pastry. Bake at 170°C (fan oven) for 50 minutes.
