Apple wine strawberry punch

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters of apple cider
  • 0.7 liters of dry sparkling wine
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 g sugar
  • 8 mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Wash the strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the sugar and fill with apple cider until the strawberries are covered. Add the mint leaves. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. Then top up with the pre-chilled sparkling wine and the remaining apple cider, also pre-chilled, and serve.
