Melon and plum sangria

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • ½ small watermelon(s), seedless
  • 2 plums, red, halved, pitted
  • 2 plums, yellow, halved, pitted
  • 350 g blackberries
  • 2 bottles of rosé wine, well chilled
  • 120 ml elderflower liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Using a melon baller, scoop melon balls into a large, 2-liter glass jug, along with any remaining juice. Add the plums and berries. Pour in the wine and liqueur and stir. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-6 hours before serving.
