Mashed potatoes with buttermilk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 7 large potatoes
  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • Salt
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

WW – suitable, refined with chives and salmon

Peel and boil the potatoes. When they’re tender, drain the water and roughly mash them. Then fry them in a pan until golden brown. Dice the salmon, season with salt if desired, and fry as well. Arrange everything on deep plates. Place the potatoes on one side only to leave room for the buttermilk. Then add the buttermilk. Finally, sprinkle with chives and salt, if desired. Suitable for WW.
