Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and with lots of sauce

Clean the mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and fry them in hot olive oil. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper, if desired. Then add the sour cream and crème fraîche. Let it reduce slightly and season again if desired. Serve with flatbread or baguette.
